The north solved this a long time ago. An aurora never raises its voice. It simply appears, and whole houses empty onto the porch to watch. Nobody asks the lights to be bigger, brighter, or more. The room turns because of exactly what they are.
That's what Aurora puts on your wrist. One line of light, a row of hand-placed silver granulation swelling and thinning down the center of a polished sterling cuff the way the lights move along a dark horizon, the oxidation deepened around each drop on purpose, the dark sky that makes the lights read brighter. And it does what an aurora does. It catches eyes across the room. It starts the conversation before you say a word. It gets you seen, not a louder version of you, not a performance of you. You, as is, finally getting the room to turn.
