Fill out the form below and purchase your desired Custom Deposit Tier. Within a week, we'll connect to explore ideas, decide on a stone, and discuss the energy you want to capture. Upon request, I’ll send you a complimentary Gemstone Guide. This resource will introduce you to the variety of stones I offer and their unique properties.

2. Secure Your Spot:

Purchase one of the below deposit options and fill out the form below to reserve your place in the queue. This deposit will also secure your stone of choice. The remainder of the costs will be due upon completion of the custom piece and will be determined based on materials, labor, and any additional design revisions outside of the standard terms. First, we'll explore the types of stones you're interested in. Next, I'll send you options within your Tier selection and stone preference so we can find the one that speaks to your soul and amplifies your unique energy. I'll craft a design that harmoniously blends your chosen gem's beauty with your style, whether nature-inspired, minimalist elegance or a bold statement piece. Throughout the process, I'll share sketches or mock-ups in silver, and we'll refine every detail together.

The tier you select primarily determines the quality and rarity of the center stone in your piece.

Your deposit secures your spot in my queue, covers our initial design consultations, and goes towards securing your perfect stone from the chosen tier. The final cost will be determined as we work together, considering the specific materials, time, and additional design elements we incorporate.

  1. How long does the custom jewelry process take? Typically, I spend 6-12 weeks crafting your piece once your project reaches the top of my queue.
  2. How do I start the custom jewelry process? Begin by filling out my custom inquiry form. I'll send you my free Gemstone Guide to help you explore options. Remember, your spot in my queue isn't secured until you choose a tier and make a deposit.
  3. How do I secure my spot in the queue? After our initial discussions, you'll need to choose a tier (Shimmer, Glow, or Luminous) and make the corresponding deposit. This secures your spot in my creation queue.
  4. What is the starting price for a custom piece? My custom pieces typically begin at a baseline of $500. The final cost will vary based on your choice of stone and the complexity of the design we create together.
  5. Can I use my own stones in a custom piece? While I primarily work with my curated collection of stones, I'm open to discussing the use of your personal stones. Please ask me for more details.
  6. What if I don't know exactly what I want? Don't worry! Part of our process is exploring options together. My Gemstone Guide and portfolio can help inspire you, and I'm here to guide you through the decision-making process.
  7. Can I see the design before it's made? Absolutely! I'll provide sketches or mock-ups for your approval before I solder any silver.
  8. What if I want to make changes to the design? I offer up to three revisions in the initial design phase. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
  9. How do I care for my custom jewelry piece? I include care instructions with each piece. Generally, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and store your jewelry in a cool, dry place.
  10. What is your cancellation and return policy for custom pieces? My policy for custom jewelry is designed to be fair while considering the unique nature of each piece: **Cancellations:Returns:Damages and Exceptions:**

~If you need to cancel your order, please do so before I begin the design process.

~Cancellations made after I've started designing may incur non-refundable fees due to the bespoke nature of my work.

~I offer a partial refund for items returned within 30 days in their unworn, original condition and packaging.

~The initial deposit, the cost of the stone, and some materials are non-refundable. However, I may make exceptions if I can safely reuse the stone.

~Return shipping isn't covered by me. I recommend ensuring the return package for its total value.

~I don't issue refunds until the package has safely arrived back to me.

~If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately.

~I strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your custom piece. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out, and I'll work with you to find the best solution.

11. Can I order a custom piece as a gift? Yes! I offer gift certificates for custom experiences, allowing the recipient to be part of the design process.

12. What types of payments do you accept? I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay through my website.

13. How do you ship custom pieces? I ship all custom pieces via fully insured Priority Mail USPS.

14. Can I recreate a piece I've seen elsewhere? While I can draw inspiration from your vision and my past works, I create original designs and don't replicate other designers' work.

15. Do you offer wedding and engagement rings? Yes! Many of my custom pieces are for weddings and engagements. I'd be honored to create something special for your big day.
