Tucson: Found For You is a limited custom jewelry experience where I personally source stones at the Tucson Gem Show to be designed into a one-of-a-kind piece created just for you.

This experience is about starting at the very beginning. It’s a unique way for me to carry you with me as I walk the Tucson Gem Show — keeping your style, your energy, and the pieces we’ve already created together in mind as I hunt for stones that feel meant for you.

Only 10 Custom Tucson Experience spots are available, with a limit of 3 pieces per client. If this feels aligned, I’d love to be your personal stone matchmaker and source stones just for you.

The Found For You — Deposit Only

Deposit: $250

This deposit secures your custom Tucson stone-sourcing spot and kicks off our one-on-one stone matchmaking journey. A limited, stone sourcing journey where I hand-select stones for you at the Tucson Gem Show, guided by intuition, experience, and the vision we create together.

This experience is intentionally different from my standard custom process. Rather than asking you to decide everything up front, this deposit lets us start with conversation and builds excitement for the stone hunt! 

Once your deposit is placed, I’ll be in touch within a few days (and always before I head to Tucson on January 27th) to learn more about:

  • The type of stone you’re drawn to
  • Your ideal stone budget range
  • The kind of design you’re envisioning — from simple and minimal to more intricate, statement pieces

From there, I’ll source stones with you specifically in mind and share a small, curated selection (typically up to five stones) that feel most aligned with your vision and energy. Once you choose your stone and I secure it and then you’ll receive a separate invoice for the stone.

After we’ve discussed the stone and design direction, I’m also happy to provide an estimated price range for the finished piece, based on materials, labor, and level of detail.  

The remaining balance for your custom piece will be invoiced once your jewelry is complete and ready to ship.

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and my current custom queue, but most Tucson-sourced customs are completed within a few months. If you have a specific timeline or occasion in mind, just let me know — I’m always happy to discuss options when possible.

 

Each deposit secures one custom Tucson stone-sourcing experience. If you’d like me to source stones for more than one piece, you’re welcome to secure up to three custom spots by adding multiple deposits to your cart (one per piece).

  1. How long does the custom jewelry process take? Typically, I spend 6-12 weeks crafting your piece once your project reaches the top of my queue.
  2. How do I start the custom jewelry process? Begin by filling out my custom inquiry form. I'll send you my free Gemstone Guide to help you explore options. Remember, your spot in my queue isn't secured until you choose a tier and make a deposit.
  3. How do I secure my spot in the queue? After our initial discussions, you'll need to choose a tier (Shimmer, Glow, or Luminous) and make the corresponding deposit. This secures your spot in my creation queue.
  4. What is the starting price for a custom piece? My custom pieces typically begin at a baseline of $500. The final cost will vary based on your choice of stone and the complexity of the design we create together.
  5. Can I use my own stones in a custom piece? While I primarily work with my curated collection of stones, I'm open to discussing the use of your personal stones. Please ask me for more details.
  6. What if I don't know exactly what I want? Don't worry! Part of our process is exploring options together. My Gemstone Guide and portfolio can help inspire you, and I'm here to guide you through the decision-making process.
  7. Can I see the design before it's made? Absolutely! I'll provide sketches or mock-ups for your approval before I solder any silver.
  8. What if I want to make changes to the design? I offer up to three revisions in the initial design phase. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
  9. How do I care for my custom jewelry piece? I include care instructions with each piece. Generally, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and store your jewelry in a cool, dry place.
  10. What is your cancellation and return policy for custom pieces? My policy for custom jewelry is designed to be fair while considering the unique nature of each piece: **Cancellations:Returns:Damages and Exceptions:**

~If you need to cancel your order, please do so before I begin the design process.

~Cancellations made after I've started designing may incur non-refundable fees due to the bespoke nature of my work.

~I offer a partial refund for items returned within 30 days in their unworn, original condition and packaging.

~The initial deposit, the cost of the stone, and some materials are non-refundable. However, I may make exceptions if I can safely reuse the stone.

~Return shipping isn't covered by me. I recommend ensuring the return package for its total value.

~I don't issue refunds until the package has safely arrived back to me.

~If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately.

~I strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your custom piece. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out, and I'll work with you to find the best solution.

11. Can I order a custom piece as a gift? Yes! I offer gift certificates for custom experiences, allowing the recipient to be part of the design process.

12. What types of payments do you accept? I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay through my website.

13. How do you ship custom pieces? I ship all custom pieces via fully insured Priority Mail USPS.

14. Can I recreate a piece I've seen elsewhere? While I can draw inspiration from your vision and my past works, I create original designs and don't replicate other designers' work.

15. Do you offer wedding and engagement rings? Yes! Many of my custom pieces are for weddings and engagements. I'd be honored to create something special for your big day.
